In keeping with the garden culture of Bangalore, this residential development is designed to provide open terrace gardens to all its apartments and also, attempts common lobby gardens at all levels. The design with its porosity in plan and elevation brings in light and ventilation to most areas in the project, thereby encouraging the growth of vegetation at all possible spaces in the development. Its name appropriately highlights this special feature of the design – Terraces, which are also the characteristic building block of its distinctive facade.
