In accordance with TATA’s motto to be consistently honest and transparent in approach, our design aims at actively establishing these epitomes by capturing it in elements of design. The proposal of the concept of an ‘open office’ catalyzes the amalgamation of ideas to encapsulate the objective.
Design sensibilities adopted in our proposal integrate environmentally conscious design principles like waste management, water conservation and biophilic design standards via net zero energy building concepts.
Always passionate about achieving the highest standards of quality, the building uses sustainable and locally available materials in the creation of a pedestrian friendly campus. In cognizance of the qualities of TATA and the compassion towards the people and partners, this design of a landmark building integrates all the ideals of this prestigious organization to create a prototype that would stand out in its surroundings.
