The SEZ3 IT office tower is a part of Bhartiya City, an ambitious 125 acre of integrated township. It has 1.5 million sq feet of leasable IT space. The triple heighted public plaza at the ground allows pedestrian mobility and activities, connecting the building cores to driveways, gardens and other adjoining IT buildings. The building design follows the core principles of sustainability and energy consciousness.
