YNT63

This is the group housing project with 600 modular compact apartment. The idea is to develop a compact and functional unit design for this community, the theory of modular compact apartment was generated which leads to more efficient apartment in terms of space and functionality.
Housed in a metal container, the marketing office at Yelahanka North Town stands solid, inviting the visitors towards it. A wooden deck connects the metal box with the outside, the wood rendering serenity and warmth to the rustic space. The raw feel of the place is completed with a gabion wall in the front, bearing the brand of the township. Like the facade, the interiors is kept minimalistic. The use of corrugated metal sheet, exposed ceiling supported by charcoal black metal girders, the building continues to showcase the rawness in the materiality throughout. The metal is painted grey to provide a neutral backdrop against the art display. The cabins inside the marketing office are enclosed in pine boards with glass punctures for windows giving an impression of a container within a container. The lights and the furniture in the space are kept minimal complementing the overall theme.

WO 77

The vision for WO77 is futuristic, to build a new community within the boundaries of an integrated township of 77 town center.
The idea is to develop a compact and functional unit design for this community, the theory of modular compact apartment was generated which leads to more efficient apartment in terms of space and functionality. This community will serve to the new generation of techies working at the 77 town center and other IT industries close by. Simple design yet with more functional spaces is the true design concept of WO77.

Unishire Terezza

Spread over approx 3 acres of land and spanning across 4 towers with Ground +14 floors having 182 units, this project offers a wide variety of living options ranging from 1620 Sq.Ft to 2200 Sq.Ft in a gamut of 2, 3, 3.5 & 4 Bed Room configurations. Also, there is a choice of 12 premium connecting apartments with “Hanging Bedrooms” as a unique feature.Each tower is planned with 3/4 flats per floor and a dedicated circulation core for access & service. Every apartment unit being a corner home ensures complete privacy. Large windows on the open sides allow ample natural light and air, too. Exterior façade color gives warmth to the building. Landscaped jogging track and club house enhance the architectural designing of the site.

Unique City

A 100 acres of site has been well designed to have independent villas, group housing, walk up apartments, retirement homes, entertainment zone and a sports zone. Complete site has a well-planned landscape area with school, health care center and retail complex linked with well-planned road network. Different group of villas have been themed together giving them identity as a zone. Huge site was itself a challenge of zoning the area as per the need at the same time impacting the identity of its own.

Sanghi Residence

A residential building conceptualized/conceived for a joint family with customs, social life and living style intact in their day to day life . It is an interwoven family, with members living close to each other without any separation in major utility areas.
According to conceptualization in design, execution for form and planning is based on the old construction style when we used to have stone structures. So, for this residence we have a central structure build in stone giving the feel and aesthetics as per earlier style. Covering this structure, the remaining built form is being constructed in modern and contemporary style. Thus, deriving the form with an amalgamation of both modern and old structures can be seen throughout the form.
Provision of spaces is given according to requirement of the client where basic functional spaces like living area, swimming pool, bar, gazebo, etc are common for all, giving us the idea of togetherness as discussed above. Well planned landscaped areas are provided along with different functional spaces making it connected with the natural environment.

Royal Ensign -II

Planned on 0.43 Acres, Royal Ensign – II is one of the opulent residential development with one luxurious 4 Bedroom apartment at one floor. The design concept revolves around the modern straight lines with white yet elegant sandstone façade with traditional jalis and wood as an enhancing material to uplift the exterior of the building. Minimalistic Landscape adds to the site, creating an aura to dwell in. This building has been certified as Green building. Exterior walls are double wall to reduce the heat exchange. These high end luxury apartment one on each floor gives the end users the feel of independent villa with big balconies. Parking on basement & stilt floor.

Mahima Nirvana

Mahima Nirvana, built on 5.23 Acres, is located on NH-8, connecting to Delhi-Mumbai Industrial corridor. Comprises of 322 apartments of 2, 3 & 4 BHK variants, the design concept revolves around the Mediterranean theme, borrowing an interesting mix of architectural features from it. The 14-storeys towers are knitted in a manner that provides unhindered private views to all apartments ensuing 83% open area. Clubhouse is interwoven at three levels – Basement, Ground & First Floor hence connecting with all common areas.
The architecture is expressed powerfully through earth, wood, light and shade, through arches, jaalis and clay tiles. Dressed in earthy tones, the built form effectively compliments the setting it belongs to. A simple monochromatic palette has been used in terms of flooring, wall colors and general decor.
To break away from the monotony and to introduce a decorative element, the risers of the staircase are adorned with blue pottery mosaic tiles, providing an appropriate amount of glamour to the retreat. The use of customized furniture and other design elements at club house provide an elegant charm as well as a sense of individuality and uniqueness to the design. Landscape with water bodies adds to the site, creating an aura to dwell in.

Mahima Kopal

Mahima Kopal is a housing project which encompasses an ideal family living space with independent villas. Compact and cozy living is the design mantra for this township. The site is divided in a grid format for easy and efficient circulation both pedestrian and vehicular. It also has a club house and different garden pockets for kids. The individual villas give the users their privacy and at the same time collectively form a small community together. Efficient master planning ensures spacious streets and parking spaces along with each villa and successfully provides all the amenities of a modern day lifestyle.

Kalpataru Grandeur

Kalpataru Grandeur, spread in 3.12 Acres, is located on Yashwant Niwas Road in Indore, one of the uptown neighborhood in the city.
Grandeur was designed keeping in mind the premiumness of its location, which also hosts the best educational institute, and healthcare facilities, shopping destination and close to the best the city has to offer. Kalpataru Grandeur, a 14 storey building, offers retail & clubhouse at lower floors and 3,4 BHK & Duplexes on upper floors. The entrance lobby showcases the immensity of the space. The drop off area is on the ground level beyond which no car is allowed. With two basement floors dedicated for parking area, Kalpataru Grandeur has 70% lush open spaces and 30% living spaces.

Landscape has been the major part of design – lush green landscape with yoga deck, jogging track, park with open play area along with multi-function sports court, skating ring, board games area & rock climbing wall. Located in fast developing area of Jaipur, Patrakar Colony, Mahima Florenza is a 13 storey group housing project with all the modern day amenities. Architecture is a blend of Moroccan and Mediterranean theme. At first glance one can grasp the grandeur of the place that the concept demands, from the color scheme to landscaping.
The towers has been so designed and placed on periphery of site that hence creates common interactive spaces between them. Parking is addressed with fully functional & dedicated Stilt & Basement floors which are connected to individual tower lobbies. A landscape podium with overlooking clubhouse features all indoor & outdoor amenities. The lobby area is double heighted with enough sitting space for people to interact. Walkways running all along the periphery of green area. Exterior façade of towers is simple with morocco dune color to enhance the theme.
